SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping.  All Items are shipped domestically in the United States within 3-5 business days after your order has been processed (see Processing explanation below). Please allow holidays and bad weather to possibly slow down receiving time. 

 

International shipping 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we are working on adding countries depending on the demand. So if you would like your country added, please email us at info@shantalaster.com with your request.

Processing. Your order is processed within 1-2 days. Once your label is created, a shipping notification is automatically sent to the email you provided.  

Lost Packages. We are not held responsible for lost packages. In the event your item is tracked but you have not received your item(s), please contact your postal carrier immediately for further investigation. Once an item leaves our studio, the liability lives with the carrier and all disputes must be made through that carrier.  We cannot offer any store credits for Lost Packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for full store credit within 2 days of receiving your item. After 2 days without receiving your item exchange request, it will no longer qualify for a return of any kind. We are not responsible for pandemic, weather conditions or holidays or delivery delays. The item must be returned in original condition with all packaging as sent in order to be processed for the full store credit.  Shipping fees is your responsibility.  We recommend that you purchase Insurance on your item. Any items received damaged or after 10 days from approval exchange e-mail will not qualify for store credit nor refund and the item will be restocked for resale.

 

To request an exchange for site credit, please contact info@shantalaster.com with EXCHANGE in the subject line and we will respond within 48 hours to confirm your request and arrange for your item to be exchanged. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation of the EXCHANGE transaction, you will not qualify for a refund.

Once the item is received, we will issue you within 72 hours a site credit code that you may use immediately on the site.

Final sale: Any items marked 'final sale' or listed as part of a sale or promotion will be just that, final. Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on these items.

Shopping Vintage Disclaimer: The items bought on this website are secondhand and pre-owned, therefore items may show signs of wear from use and simply from the passing of time. Please embrace these imperfections and find the beauty in them. We reserve the right to deny a return if we do not think the return is within reason.
